Crepes are such a fun way to introduce new fruits or flavors to kids! They're simple to make and have a subtle flavor that makes them easy for picky eaters to enjoy. The topping options are endless and allow children to feel creative in mixing and matching.

Instructions
Whisk together flour, milk, eggs, sugar, salt, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix well until the batter gets frothy.
Grease a small pan (about 8-10 inches) with butter and set to medium-low heat. Pour about ¼ of the batter into the center of the pan. Immediately lift the pan off the heat and tilt the pan to allow the batter to fill the entire bottom of the pan.
Place the pan back on the heat and cook for around 30-50 seconds, use a spatula to flip the crepe and cook for around another 50 seconds until the other side is golden. Remove from heat and place on a plate, cover with another plate to keep it warm, and continue to make more crepes.
For the filling I spread gently spread Nutella with sliced banana, close the crepe, and top with whip cream, enjoy!
Enjoy!
